By: Mrs. LoTempio PITTS, President of the Common Council, has called a Special NO.3 Meeting of the Common Council, to be held in the Council CITYOFBUFFALO Chambers, City Hall, Buffalo, New York, on December 4, 1997 LOCALLAWNO.(1997) at 10:00 a.m. for the following purpose: INTRODUCTORYNO.12(1997) To receive and take appropriate action on extending the A LOCAL LAW amending Section five hundred thirty- deadline for the STAR Program three of Article twenty-eight of the Charter of the City of Buffalo in relation to the taxable status date. That Section five hundred thirty-three of Article twenty-eight of the Charter of the City of Buffalo, adopted December 4, 1997 pursuant to law, is hereby amended to read as follows: Mr. Charles L. Michaux, III Sec. 533. Taxable Status Fixed. City Clerk The taxable status of all persons and properties in the city shall 1309 City Hall be fixed each year on the first day of December for the Buffalo, New York following fiscal year.
