Michaux, III City Clerk 1308 City Hall Buffalo, New York Pursuant to Section 30 of the Charter of the City of Buffalo, upon the written request of five Council Members of the City of Buffalo, dated February 11, 1994, presented to you herewith, I hereby call a Special Meeting of the Common Council, to be held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Buffalo, New York, on February 15, 1994 at 1:00 p.m. for the following purpose: To receive and take appropriate action on mayoral appointment of Commissioner of Inspections and Community Revitalization and any other related appointments. Arthur President of the Common Council 1315 City Hall Buffalo, New York WE, the undersigned, members of the Common Council, hereby request that you call a Special Meeting of the Common Council, pursuant to Section 30 of the Charter of the City of Buffalo, for the following purpose: To receive and take appropriate action on mayoral appointment of Commissioner of Inspections and Community Revitalization and any other related appointments. Czajka WE request that this Special Meeting be held on February 15, 1994 at 1:00 p.m. TO EACH MEMBER OF THE COMMON COUNCIL: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that, pursuant to Section 30 of the Charter of the City of Buffalo, upon the written request of five Council Members, dated February 11, 1994 the HON. GEORGE K. ARTHUR, has called a Special Meeting of the Common Council, to be held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Buffalo, New York, on February 15, 1994 at 1:00 p.m. for the following purposes: To receive and take appropriate action on mayoral appointment of Commissioner of Inspections and Community Revitalization. Commission expires 12/31/94 FROM THE MAYOR No. 2 Appointment of Commissioner of Inspections and Community Revitalization I, Anthony M. Masiello, appoint to the position of Commissioner of Inspections and Community Revitalization Mr. Anthony Marconi, effective immediately at a salary of $58,018. Mr. Marconi has established a residency at 214 Winston Rd., Buffalo, New York 14216. Mr. Marconi's experience as Manager of the State of New York Mortgage Agency in Western N.Y. and as Ass't. Vice President of Goldome, and his proven work ethic qualify him for this position. Mr. Pitts moved that the communication from the Mayor dated February 14, 1994, be and hereby is received and filed, and That the appointment of Anthony Marconi residing at 60 Crosby Road, Buffalo, New York 14216, as Commissioner of Inspections and Community Revitalization, at the Annual Salary of $58,018, effective February 28, 1994 is hereby confirmed. Seconded by Mr. Czajka. ADOPTED. AYES -12 NOES- 0. No. 3 Adjournment At 2:12 P.M., Mr. Pitts moved to Adjourn. Seconded by Mrs. LoTempio.
