ARTHUR, PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL AND COUNCILMEMBERS: BELL, COLLINS, COPPOLA, FRANCZYK, LOTEMPIO, ZUCHLEWSKI- 7. ABSENT- COUNCILMEMBERS: AMOS, BAKOS, FAHEY, HIGGINS, PERLA, PITTS- 6. No. 1 Mr. Fahey moved that the Common Council now resolve into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of considering the Mayor's Budget Estimates for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1992, and ending June 30, 1993. Seconded by Mr. Collins. CARRIED No. 2 On a motion by Mr. Franczyk, Seconded by Mr. Collins the following Council Members are hereby excused from attendance at the adjourned session of May 15, 1992 regarding the Mayor's 1992-1993 Budget Recommendations: Councilmember Amos - due to illness in the family. Councilmember Bakos - due to absence from the city Councilmember Higgins - due to a college graduation in the family. ADOPTED. No. 3 Councilmember Pitts now took his seat in the Chamber at 9:30 A.M. Councilmember Perla now took his seat in the Chamber at 9:35 A.M. Councilmember Fahey now took his seat in the Chamber at 10:05 A.M. Councilmember Amos now took his seat in the Chamber at 10:50 A.M. No. 4 At 11:37 A.M. Mr. Fahey moved to recess until 2:00 P.M. to continue the Budget Hearings. Seconded by Mr. Bell. CARRIED. No. 5 At 2:07 P.M. the Committee of the Whole reconvened with the following members present: COUNCIL PRESIDENT ARTHUR AND COUNCILMEMBERS AMOS, BAKOS, BELL, COLLINS, COPPOLA, HIGGINS, LOTEMPIO, PERLA, ZUCHLEWSKI- 10. ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS- PITTS, FAHEY, FRANCZYK- 3. No. 6 Councilmember Pitts now took his seat in the Chamber at 2:10 P.M. Councilmember Fahey now took his seat in the Chamber at 2:20 P.M. Councilmember Franczyk now took his seat in the Chamber at 2:25 P.M. No. 7 There being no further business in connection with the consideration of the Mayor's Budget Estimates for the fiscal year 1992- 1993 before the Committee of the Whole, it was moved by Mr. Fahey, Seconded by Mr. Franczyk that the Committee of the whole now resolve into the Common Council. CARRIED. No. 8 On a motion by Mr. Fahey, Seconded by Mr. Collins, the Common Council adjourned at 7:55 P.M..
