The Journal of the last Meeting was approved.

I transmit herewith the Pension Payroll for the Fire Pension Fund
for the month of December 1991 amounting to $37,568.00, and respectfully
request that checks be drawn to the order of the persons named herein for the
amounts stated.

I transmit herewith the Pension Payroll for the Police Pension
Fund for the month of December 1991 amounting to $47,696.53, and respectfully
request that checks be drawn to the order of the persons named herein for the
amounts stated.

The following annuitants have been cancelled from the Police Pension
Payroll:
Thomas Vogel Died 11/16/91
Catherine Rigley Died 11/4/91

Mr. Griffin moved that the application for a widow's pension on
account of the death of her husband, Thomas Vogel, be approved as of 11/17/91
for Myrtle Vogel.
