Dear Mr. Michaux:
Pursuant to Section 30 of the Charter of the City of Buffalo, upon the
written request of five Council Members of the City of Buffalo, dated July 15,
1991, presented to you herewith, I hereby call a Special Meeting of the Common
Council, to be held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Buffalo, New York, on
July 17 1991 at 3:00 p.m. for the following purpose:
(l) To take from the table Local Local Introductory No. 18 (1991) - Early
Retirement Incentive and take appropriate action thereon.

WE, the undersigned, members of the Common Council, hereby request that
you call a Special Meeting of the Common Council, pursuant to Section 30 of the
Charter of the City of Buffalo, for the following purpose:
(l) To take from the table Local Law Introductory No. 18 (1991) - Early
Retirement Incentive and take appropriate action thereon.
WE request that this Special Meeting be held on July 17, 1991 at 3:00 pm.

Mr. Fahey moved that Item No. 151, C.C.P. 7/9/91 - L.L. Intro
#18- Early Retirement Incentive, be taken from the table.
Seconded by Mr. Coppola.
CARRIED.
The Item is now before the Common Council for its consideration.

Mr. Higgins now took his seat in the Council Chambers at 3:12
P.M.

Mr. Fahey now moved the approval of L.L. Intro 118- Early Retirement
Incentive (Item No. 151, C.C.P. 7/9/91).
Seconded by Mr. Rutecki.
PASSED.
AYES-10 NOES-0.

At 3:25 P.M. Mr. Fahey moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Franczyk.
