The Journal of the last Meeting was approved.

I transmit herewith the Pension Payroll for the Fire Pension Fund for the month
of April 1991 amounting to $38,048.00, and respectfully request that checks be
drawn to the order of the persons named herein for the amounts stated.

I transmit herewith the Pension Payroll for the Police Pension Fund for the
month of April 1991 amounting to $51,856.29, and respectfully request that
checks be drawn to the order of the persons named herein for the amounts
stated.

A motion was made to take Item No.6-3/22/91 from the table by Mr. Arthur.
Adopted
Mr. Arthur moved that the application of Marguerite Edwards for a pension on
account of the death of her husband, William Edwards on 2/13/91 be granted for
the period of 2/14/91 until her death on 2/20/91 and that her hospitalization
coverage be extended at her cost until her death on 2/20/91 so that her estate
may settle any bills. Her pension amount will be prorated from the sum of
$540.00 and any prorated hospitalization costs will be deducted from that
amount. This is per the request of Mr. William H. Garland, Attorney and Public
Administrator for the Edwards' estates.

Meeting adjourned at 11:10 A.M.
