NO. 5 ROTARY RINK OPERATING AGREEMENT (COM. 31, CCP 11/16/99) Attached for your approval, please find a copy of an agreement to allow Buffalo Place, Inc. to operate and manage the Rotary Rink skating facility from November 1, 1999 through October 31, 2000 for the sum of $26,000.00. Mrs. LoTempio moved: That the Rotary rink Operating Agreement between the City of Buffalo and Buffalo Place, Inc. be and hereby is approved; and That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to execute the Rotary rink Operating Agreement.
