Fontana-Members CORPORATION PROCEEDINGS The inspection requests are an inputting or recording problem, where the inspectors enter the results of their COMMON COUNCIL inspections into the City's Hansen computer system and a CITY HALL - BUFFALO second entry must be made into the City's STS (Services TUESDAY, MAY 25TH Tracking System) system, in order to close out the AT 2:00 P.M. inspection request. I have met with the two- (2) system analysts from PRESENT – David A. Franczyk, President of the Management Information Systems, (M.I.S.), to ask if the Council, and and Council Members Bonifacio, Coppola, Hansen system can communicate with the S.T.S. system, so Davis, Fontana, Golombek, Griffin, Russell and that only one(1) entry has to be made on each inspection. Thompson – 9. M.I.S. will be attempting some changes to determine if a one- (1) entry system can be accomplished.
