A LOCAL LAW amending the Charter of the City of Buffalo in relation
SPECIAL SESSION
to budgetary procedures
MAY 19, 2003
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE

Section 1. That Section 20-8 of the Charter of the City of
