CORPORATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 2 By: Mrs. LoTempio COMMON COUNCIL CITY OF BUFFALO PROCEEDINGS LOCAL LAW NO. - (2003) OF THE INTRODUCTORY NO. 3 (2003) CITY OF BUFFALO A LOCAL LAW amending the Charter of the City of Buffalo in relation SPECIAL SESSION to budgetary procedures MAY 19, 2003 BE IT ENACTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE AT 10:00 A.M. CITY OF BUFFALO AS FOLLOWS: PRESENT-James W. Pitts, Council President and Councilmembers Section 1. That Section 20-8 of the Charter of the City of Bonifacio, Coppola, Davis, Fisher, Fontana, Franczyk, Golombek, Buffalo, adopted pursuant to law, is hereby amended as follows: LoTempio, Martino-10. § 20-8. Action on Budget. Noes- Grant, Gray (*), Thompson (**)-3. At the first meeting of the council after the submission to it (*) Ms. Gray took her seat in the Council Chambers at 10:35 a.m. by the mayor of the annual budget, the council shall proceed to a (**) Mr. Thompson took his seat in the Council Chambers at 11:10 a.m. consideration thereof.
